Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase at Laravel. However, since most of our items are handcrafted and premium goods, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to prevent misuse.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the incorrect item. Since Banarasi woven goods are handcrafted, minor thread variations, loose threads on the back of the fabric, or slight color mismatches due to monitor resolutions are NOT considered defects.

2. How to Request a Return

Go to your Order History and click on the specific order to initiate a Return Request. You will need to provide adequate proof (unboxing video + clear photos) of the damage.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received back in its original condition (unworn, with original tags), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will require bank account details or a UPI ID to initiate the refund.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a tracking ID is generated, cancellations are no longer accepted.
